Do I need to be in the trade to buy from you?

No. Everyone is welcome. Most of our customers make and fit windows for a living, but homeowners buy from us every day too.

How do I get a quote?

Email us your cutting list, a drawing or a photo, use the form on our contact page, or call 010 261 5133. You'll get a price within one working day.

Is pricing the same at every branch?

Yes. Our prices are the same at every branch. Regular customers can apply for an account with trade prices.

What is the difference between Xclusive, Daming and HS profiles?

Xclusive is our premium range, Daming is our standard range and HS Aluminium is our budget range. Every branch stocks all three, and the product codes are the same across them, so it's easy to compare. Ask us which one suits your job.

Can you help me choose the right system?

Yes. Tell us what you're building and the sizes, and we'll tell you which product to use and list everything you need.

Do you stock complete systems or only popular profiles?

Complete systems: frames, sashes, beads, tracks and all the fittings. If something isn't on the shelf at your branch, we'll arrange the stock for you and tell you when it arrives.

Which colours do you stock?

White, black, bronze and charcoal, all finished with premium powder coating for a tough, even colour that lasts. We also stock natural silver (anodised) and plain unpainted (mill). Not every item comes in every colour, so ask your branch.

What lengths do profiles come in?

Most profiles come in 6 m, 6.5 m or 7.25 m lengths, depending on the product. The Products page shows the length for each one. We sell full lengths and don't cut to size at the counter.

Can you match a profile I already have?

Often, yes. Bring in a short piece, or send a clear photo with a ruler next to it. If we don't have it, we'll tell you honestly and help you find it.

Can I collect the same day?

Yes, if it's in stock. Pay, and our team will load it for you. Remember that lengths are long, so bring a bakkie or a roof rack.

Do you deliver?

Yes. Each branch delivers to the towns around it. Ask your branch about delivery days and costs.

How do I open a trade account?

Ask at any branch or call us on 010 261 5133, and we'll take you through the application. It usually takes a few working days.

What are the terms?

You pay within 30 days, up to an agreed limit. The limit can go up as you buy more from us.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash, card or EFT at the counter, or your account if you have one.
